Return & Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns are not allowed
Unfortunately, “Joué Club” does not accept returns nor offers refunds. However, we encourage you to contact us if you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever.
Terms and Conditions of Exchange
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- 7 days for exchange upon providing the invoice
- All sealed items will be exchanged on the spot
- Items must be in good condition, in a sealed box with original tags and labels attached
- Discounted items cannot be returned
You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted.
Delivery
In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
