How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 2-5 working days. All orders will be delivered before 5 pm.
For express delivery (same day) , kindly contact us on 71-499 300.
Delivery charge might vary.
What are the delivery charges for the orders?

Delivery charge depends on the region:
Standard delivery 2 to 5 working days:
Beirut and it suburbs : 50,000 LBP.
North/South/Bekaa : 100,000 LBP

Express delivery:
Beirut and it suburbs : 75,000 LBP.
North/South/Bekaa : 115,000 LBP
What countries do you deliver to?

Currently we only deliver in Lebanon.
What happens after setting an order?

After you set your order we will be notified by it. We will prepare your order and inform Aramex to dispatch it , than it will delivered to your destination.
Which payment methods are accepted ?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard & Maestro) if the order amount is above 500 000 LBP.
Accordingly, you can pay half card/half cash wo any additional charge
OR full card +25% additional charge.
Otherwise, you can pay by cash on delivery (COD).
Can I have the item gift wrapped before delivery?

Yes, of course ! We offer this service for free.
You can choose this option once you are filling out the payment details.
How do I return items I bought online?

You can visit any nearby store and exchange your item no refunds are allowed.
Items exchanged must be in their original condition, unopened packaging within 7 days of purchase.
This is not applicable on promoted items.
